CREAMY CHICKEN.
Ingredients:
For pure.
06 unit Mediun potatoes pure.
200 ml Milk
01 unit tablespoon of margarine or butter.
100 grs grated cheese
Prepare:
1 - peel the potatoes and cook in water with a little salt. when cooked mash.
2- Heat the margarine in a pan, add the potato mash, add the grated cheese and stir well, add milk, continue stirring to incorporate the ingredients. RESERVE.
For creamy sauce.

500- grs cream cheese ou curd cream
02 - Unit tablespoon of mayonese
02 - Unit tablespoon of mostard
01 - Unit Grated onion
02 - Unit Garlic cloves
300- Grs Mozzarella
200- Grs Corn
200- Grs Champion
200- Grs Green pea
Salt as need

prepare:
1- place the chicken file for cooking in a pressure cooker, or any other, in water and salt for 20 minutes after boiling, then remove all the water, cover the pan and shake for 3 or 4 minutes with the hand. this will shred the chicken for you.
2- place the olive oil in a saucepan,garlic smashed, grated onion, black pepper, saute spices, add chicken sheredding fry until the chicken begin to change color.
3- Add cream cheese, mayoneze, mostard, corn, green pea, champion and mix everything, for be creamy,
4- in a refractory place the chicken creamy, and over the mashed potatoes, and finally cover with the grated mozzarella, bake and let gratin.
serve with white rise, salad leaves.
